Ayo is the Chief Operating Officer at DelNovak, a government contractor, contributing to national safety and security through delivering cyber security advisory and solutions to Government Agencies.

Ayo sits on the board of the Atlanta Life Insurance Company, the oldest black-founded and owned Life Insurance Company in the U.S.

Ayo is a mindfulness practitioner and has shared with hundreds to propagate mindfulness to humanity. Ayo is a regular financial supporter of charitable causes and regularly volunteers his time to share meditative practices.

He holds a BSc in Computer Science – Summa Cum Laude – from Georgia Tech and an MBA from MIT where he was selected into the inaugural Entrepreneurship and Innovation program. Ayo was a Toigo Fellow and a Carrol L Wilson Fellow while at MIT.
